Terry Heffner is a native Idahoan and Boise resident. He has been in real estate for 26 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to his business partners and clients. He is the Idaho Area Manager, Loan Officer, and Team Lead for the Heffner Group at Guild Mortgage. He strives to create ‘customers for life’ by providing unprecedented service to his clients and business partners. His commitment to his customers and their financial goals is what sets him apart from his competition.
He attended Bishop Kelly High School in Boise and Boise State University. He received his BBA in marketing at BSU where he was a four year letterman in football for the Broncos. He has been involved with community and industry associations that include Bishop Kelly High Foundation Board, Building Contractors Association, Ada County Association of Realtors, Optimist Football, Little League Baseball, Idaho Potato Bowl, and BSU Varsity B Club. Terry and his wife Kirstin have two children Hannah and William.
The Heffner Group was formed in 2000 by Terry Heffner, adding Amy Johnson in 2001. In 2014, David Shelton joined the team. Since then Alex Crespo, Jessica DeMeyer, and James Beck have also joined to form a team that strives to create a positive client experience.
